October 30, 2008To our member groups, Hemophilia of North Carolina was recently made aware of information about the new NC Health Insurance Risk Pool (High Risk Pool), now known as Inclusive Health. Below is an email that we are forwarding containing links for more information and enrollment, and a phone number for customer service. Subject: North Carolina Health Insurance Risk Pool Information Request Thank you for your request for information regarding the North Carolina Health Insurance Risk Pool, now known as Inclusive Health. We are pleased to inform you that we are now accepting applications for benefits with Inclusive Health for coverage effective January 1st, 2009. To help you learn more about the benefits, rates and eligibility requirements for becoming a member of Inclusive Health, please go to http://www.inclusivehealth.org/. If you are interested in applying to become a member of Inclusive Health, you can enroll online at http://www.inclusivehealth.org/. Simply click on "Enrollment Application" on the "Applicants" page. Once you have entered the information into the online enrollment application, you will be given an option to print the completed application. You will need to print and sign the application.
